Mountain Burger House in Squamish

Restaurant was empty but sandwich and fries took over 30 mins to arrive. Sandwich bread was supposed to be sourdough but was bland white. Turkey was overcooked and dry. Fries were bland, tasted freezer burned and had no salt on them. Gravy was completely tasteless.

Always a great experience for people at MBH.

New owners need to practice.. Best of luck!

I had the Home style Chicken Burger. It was amazing but was barely waited on. Had to wait 10 minutes for a refill while asking 3 different people to get ketchup but I want to chalk it up to it being a holiday weekend. Still, was an amazing place to eat and had a good view.

I love having breakfast there every time I had my days off! Local vibes was amazing!

Good homestyle breakfast! Nothing fancy here, service is friendly and coffee is black. If you want a good value, hearty meal, this is the place!

Good simple breakfast

Decent breakfast, very casual dining you order at the counter and get your own water, coffee etc. I never tried their burgers but I often eat breakfast there when I'm in squamish.

Breakfast was good but service wasn't great. You serve and top off your own coffee. They do serve burgers for breakfast. Still a very good place to start the day.

Something has changed since my last visit here and much to the better! New menu board and maybe some new options, the main difference though was that it was a much better plate of food than what I remember. Had a good breakfast. My only wish is that they would use butter on the toast instead of margarine.

Probably the worst meal I've had in squamish. Service was reasonable.But I couldn't finish my meal, and I'm always able to finish my meal.

Good place for a hearty good valued meal. Friday buffets are a must.

Fantastic value for money , We ordered the fish and chips and were not disappointed. large portions of lovely freshly battered fish . Came with soup or salad to start and rice pudding or apple pie for desert. This place is not fancy and is very basic but I left full and satisfied and ready for an afternoon of hiking :)

Very good food. We eat 2 meals a day here. Breakfast all day as well as awesome burgers. Would give 5 stars but the pancakes aren't very good.

Been here a couple times. Average-quality breakfast, but large portions and good value. Relatively speedy, even during peak hours. Free wifi, and they let me charge my laptop

Literally the worst breakfast experience. Dehydrated fries, old over-frozen chewy fish in overly greasy batter. My 7 year old for the first time refused to eat potatoes fries and spit out half of his mini-burger. We did not finish our food and both of us had diarrhea 30 min after visiting this spot. Avoid! Can’t believe this place is rated 4 stars...

Best Burger I’ve had in a long time

The best burger I have had in a long time. The fries were like styrofoam. How do you do such good burgers but such terrible fries?

From out of town, was a good place to stop for lunch.

Quick and cheap

Coffee you have to acquire a taste, service is great but ya gotta pitch a tent . I only go there cause I have friends that go there.

Ordered french toast, did not appear to have any egg used, however cinnamon was liberally sprinkled. Also the bread used seemed to be wonder bread that was lightly toasted. I'd say worst french toast I've ever had. Plus tables and chairs could stand to be cleaned.

Went for their 2 teriyaki burger combos and both buns had mould! What a shame...this was a great place many many years back....felt sorry for the waitress as she was totaly ashamed ...but the owners who were working in the kitchen had their heads high ...like it was our fault.....i demanded my money back and left in disgust!

North American Diner. Simple and solid food that is low in quality (compared to European food) and, for what you get, kinda overpriced. You can't trade the hash brown (fried potato schreds) for something else, besides a plain tomato. I would wish for bell pepper and avocado to complement. The french toast, well, was very thin coated in egg (if at all!) and barely any cinnamon. The syrup is a flavoured sugar syrup with lots of additives and preservatives. Wouldn't have it again. Here maple syrup would made much more sense as we are in Canada! I'd also wish for organic eggs but well ...

If u like old school breakfast diners well give this a try. Decent breakfast with a decent price. They could update the furniture but then it would feel like a dennys lol. I like the diner atmosphere.
